About Lyzr

Lyzr is the full-stack agent infrastructure platform that lets enterprises build, govern, and deploy a secure, autonomous AI workforce. Where most companies run a handful of copilots, Lyzr is the layer that lets them run an entire AI workforce in production — governed, reliable, and at scale.

Backed by Accenture and trusted across banking, insurance, sales, marketing, HR, and customer service, Lyzr offers a "third way" for enterprise AI: the flexibility of an open platform combined with the security of a managed platform, deployed inside the customer's own environment for full data privacy and IP ownership.

The Role

As a Director Partnerships you build and scale revenue-generating partnerships with systems integrators (SIs) so Lyzr becomes the default agentic AI platform inside large enterprise transformation programs.

This role exists to turn partnerships into real pipeline and closed revenue. You'll own relationships across leadership, practice, and delivery teams at SI partner firms, and personally drive the sell-into, sell-with, and sell-through motions that convert those relationships into enterprise deals.

Location: Japan

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end relationships with SI partners across leadership, practice, and delivery teams

• Drive sell-into motions: internal adoption, enablement, and platform alignment within partner firms

• Lead sell-with and sell-through motions for joint enterprise customers

• Run joint GTM execution: account planning, priority pursuits, and pipeline reviews

• Act as the single bridge between SI partners and Lyzr's leadership, product, and delivery teams

• Carry revenue for partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals

What We're Looking For

• Established, active connections within the SI ecosystem — this is the single most important requirement for the role

• 8+ years in partner, alliances, or consulting-led sales roles

• Experience partnering with these companies NTT DATA, Fujitsu, NEC, Hitachi, NRI, TIS, SCSK, CTC, BIPROGY, Accenture Japan, Deloitte Tohmatsu,

• Track record of personally selling with or through systems integrators — not just signing agreements

• Comfortable operating at MD / Sr. SMD / Global Alliance Leader level, with strong executive presence

• Commercially sharp — you know how partnerships convert into real enterprise deals

• Based in or willing to relocate to New Jersey

Nice to Have

• Existing relationships with GTM leaders who sell into SIs

• Experience navigating enterprise deal orchestration involving multiple stakeholders

• Comfortable with ambiguity and building motion where playbooks don't yet exist
