Overview We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (AI-First) who wants to shape the future of engineering by combining expertise in cloud-native development with next-generation AI tooling. Your Impact Design and develop robust, cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures Create and implement secure APIs and distributed systems leveraging Microsoft Azure services Apply AI-assisted development tools to enhance developer productivity, code quality, and delivery speed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions Champion AI-driven engineering best practices, helping elevate automation, testing, and performance optimization Contribute to technical design reviews, promote continuous learning, and drive adoption of emerging technologies Qualifications Skills & Experience 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on backend and cloud-native systems Strong hands-on knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud architecture (preferably Azure) Experience with RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with AI-assisted development platforms, such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI pair programming tools Solid understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and monitoring/logging frameworks Practical knowledge of software security principles and data protection in cloud environments Ability to design, deliver, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications in a collaborative agile environment Set Yourself Apart With Exposure to AI model integration (chatbots, embeddings, generative APIs) within enterprise software Experience driving DevOps automation using AI-enhanced workflows Enthusiasm for modernizing traditional development processes through intelligent systems Proven track record mentoring teams and promoting AI-first engineering culture Additional information An inclusive workplace that promotes diversity and collaboration.
