Join a team building useful software. Work closely with engineering and design to turn new ideas into products.
Find roles through people you trust, and tell a company you're interested with a private signal.
A signal privately tells Incident you're interested. It is not a job application.
incident.io is the AI software reliability platform trusted by engineering teams at Notion, Linear, Ramp and 2,000+ companies who can't afford downtime.
The stakes are real, the talent is insane, and somehow it's a genuinely lovely place to work. We all pull our weight, go the extra mile, and put in the bit of magic most companies don't have time for, all while having fun and never taking ourselves too seriously.
We've raised $100+ million from Index Ventures, Insight Partners, and Point Nine, and we're growing fast. There's never been a better time to join.
We're hiring a Product Ops Associate to work closely with our Product Management team.
This role is about is about giving leverage to our product leaders. You’ll pick up a mix of strategic and hands-on work — sometimes shaping big decisions, other times rolling up your sleeves to get the basics right. Both matter. You might be driving projects like pushing through legal and financial documentation to get local branches set up across the world or ensuring that GTM is getting all relevant customer feedback back to Product. The common thread: it's important, and it needs doing well.
You’ll be dropped into unfamiliar situations. You’ll need to learn quickly, and be trusted to make good calls. You’ll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, happy to work things out from first principles, and confident context switching often. The work is not always glamorous (not much of startup work is!), but it’s always meaningful.
It’s a great fit for someone who’s curious, quick, and thrives in ambiguity. You’ll get a front-row seat to how we build and scale products — ideal if you want to continue within an operations-esque role or continue to work within some related product role. It’s also great if you want exposure to the scale-up world before choosing where to specialise.
Acting as a right hand to our Product Managers: someone who can be trusted to just figure it out
While you will be working in Product, you’ll be expected to build relationships and get stuff done with leaders across all functions
Breaking down big, messy problems into actionable steps and delivering results
Switching between projects (like figuring out how to extend the reach and stability of our telecom operations) and hands-on work (like supporting our Salesforce application process)
Spotting inefficiencies or gaps and putting systems in place to fix them
Doing the unglamorous work when it matters because sometimes, that’s what’s needed
Experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. startup, consulting, banking, founding experience)
High ownership and bias to action above all else, you get things done
Fast learner with strong analytical thinking
Confident communicator who works well across functions
Comfortable with ambiguity, and quick to bring clarity
