The challenge

At Rappi, we don't just write code — we build the infrastructure that supports millions of daily transactions across 9 LatAm countries. We're looking for a Software Engineer Backend I who wants to solve real-scale problems.

Your challenges

• Execute assigned tasks with increasing quality
• Proactively propose changes to underperforming processes
• Learn the team's processes and tools
• Collaborate with team members to deliver results
• Document processes and learnings
• Participate in team meetings and rituals

You will be a great fit

• Experience: 2–5 years in similar roles
• Education: Completed university degree
• English: Basic to advanced
• Previous experience in tech startups, e-commerce, or marketplaces (preferred)
• Experience with the Kanban methodology
