Head of Marketing

A people-powered network where everyday users share unused bandwidth in exchange for compensation. It's built around consumers rather than businesses, shaping how it operates from the ground up.
Inside, that same directness shows up as a culture of speed and real ownership, where small teams take ideas from concept to launch themselves.
The team waiting for you: Our team runs a dynamic portfolio of B2B and B2C products — including consumer apps, SaaS tools, and platform — that expand and monetize Source' core infrastructure. As the Head of Marketing, you will take full ownership of the marketing function across this portfolio, shaping the strategy, budget, and team structure to drive measurable growth. With our ecosystem of partners rapidly expanding, we need a versatile leader to design highly effective functional teams while personally opening new commercial doors. The underlying challenge is balancing high-level strategic organizational design with hands-on, commercial execution to ensure every product hits its growth and efficiency targets.

- Strong decision-maker able to re-orient teams and drive execution cross-functionally when priorities change or are ambiguous.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); comfortable presenting to leadership and external partners.
