The Experience

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Delivery Management of Professional Services to lead our Global Delivery Centre. This is a senior leadership role for someone who is an equal parts delivery leader & growth driver — someone who does not just run a services organisation but actively multiplies its impact. You will combine deep Salesforce delivery expertise with a growth mindset, executive presence, and the relentless persistence to grow the team’s reputation as a centre of excellence.

You will be a key member of the Leadership Team of the Strategic New & Emerging Technology practice, accountable for both the quality of delivery and the strategic building & expansion of our practice. The ideal candidate brings 18+ years of consulting or professional services experience, a passion for innovation, and a proven track record of scaling teams, winning business, and driving measurable customer outcomes.

As a Director of Professional Services, you should have expertise in building strong competency in building and scaling Salesforce’s New & Emerging Technology cloud capabilities and delivering high value to customers. Should have pre-sales management experience with a deep knowledge of enterprise sales cycles. Should have Salesforce project implementation experience with the different engagement models.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Act as a growth multiplier — raise the ceiling of what the team believes is possible, create conditions where talented people do their best work, and leave every person better than you found them.
• Build, manage, and continuously grow a world-class professional services team with the right talent and organizational structure.
• Bring a genuine sales mindset to a delivery leadership role — actively hunt for new opportunities & open doors with persistence and creativity.
• Proven track record of demonstrating GTM impact.
• Provide hands-on leadership, technical direction, and mentorship to maintain a high-performing, highly engaged team with maximum utilisation.
• Present compelling solutions and proposals to internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership and prospective clients.
• Identify, develop, and elevate next-generation leaders while fostering a high-performance, growth-oriented culture across distributed, geographically diverse teams.
• Hire exceptional talent and manage performance to ensure meaningful career growth opportunities.
• Embody company values and set the standard for exemplary, inclusive leadership.
• Oversee successful delivery of complex Salesforce implementations across multiple engagement models, ensuring customer satisfaction and value realisation.
• Drive Enterprise AI Delivery & Readiness by shaping the strategic consulting roadmaps for predictive and generative AI deployments, ensuring cross-functional project alignment while mitigating risk and governance constraints at a portfolio level
• Establish high-level discovery and consulting governance frameworks; guiding engagement teams to validate business transformation assumptions and leverage advanced LLMs like Claude to simulate delivery models and proactively address execution edge cases
• Champion an organizational AI-first delivery methodology, driving the integration of advanced AI tools, project accelerators, and agentic evaluation frameworks to optimize execution velocity and elevate consulting quality across all practice programs
• Drive a culture of continuous innovation, challenging the team to evolve delivery approaches and maximise the value of Salesforce products for clients.
• Lead through thought leadership, industry visibility, partner engagement, and a reputation for delivery excellence that makes clients want to work with us and talent want to join us.
• Champion GDC capabilities internally and externally; position the centre as a strategic asset and a differentiator in contested sales situations.
• Build and foster stronger collaboration with Regional Salesforce Professional Services teams and broader ecosystem partners.
• Drive the Product & Engineering feedback loop for Customers as OneSalesforce program by fostering stronger relationships and collaboration with Product & Engineering teams.
• Communicate with clarity, concision, and impact — both in writing and in spoken form — across diverse audiences from technical teams to C-suite executives.
• Listen actively and adapt communication style to the audience; project calm and confidence in high-pressure situations and during periods of crisis or uncertainty.
• Build strong, trusted partnerships across a matrixed organisation, influencing without authority and earning credibility through expertise and integrity.
• Collaborate effectively across internal and external teams to garner alignment and achieve outsized impact.

You're Our Person If...

• 18+ years of experience in a consulting firm or professional services division of a software company, delivering software-based business solutions across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Support.
• Demonstrable growth mindset — a track record of not just managing a practice but building it from scratch, expanding it, opening new accounts, and building a pipeline through personal hustle, network, and thought leadership.
• Strong Salesforce experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Industry Clouds; knowledge of Data & AI / Agentic Tech Stacks is highly valued.
• Track record of at least 5 successful Salesforce cloud project implementations, including one or more large-scale transformation engagements.
