The challenge

Rappi is growing fast and needs exceptional talent. We’re looking for an SP&A Senior Manager to turn complex challenges into high-impact opportunities for millions of users in LatAm. In Brazil, you’ll be the General Manager’s right hand: owner of the plan, owner of the quarter’s EBITDA, and responsible for identifying where it’s worth investing to grow the top line. You’ll take any problem the business brings up, structure it, and drive it toward a decision. There’s no analyst team behind you: you’re the country’s analytical engine, and you multiply your impact with AI.

Your challenges

• Lead the area and ensure results are delivered
• Build and develop high-performing teams
• Run the country's planning cycle
• Own the quarter's EBITDA
• Identify and quantify top-line levers
• Lead high-priority strategic projects
• Build the financial models used by leadership
• Prepare the GM's executive materials
• Coordinate with Growth, Ops, Commercial, and Finance
• Analyze proprietary data using SQL and AI
• Define the area's processes and controls

You will be a great fit

• Experience: 6+ years in similar roles or strategic consulting
• Education: University degree completed; postgraduate degree preferred
• English: Upper-intermediate
• Previous experience at tech startups, in e-commerce, or marketplaces (preferred)
• Experience in agile squads and remote-first environments (preferred)
• Track record of leading cross-functional projects with measurable impact
• Daily use of AI tools for analysis and modeling
