Overview

At Groups, we believe every person deserves compassionate, evidence-based care—no matter where they are in their recovery journey. As an established leader in addiction healthcare since 2014, we’ve helped hundreds of thousands of members access treatment that meets them where they are.

As a Counselor, you’ll lead engaging group therapy sessions and work alongside an integrated care team committed to harm reduction, dignity, and member-centered care. We know recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all, and we support members in making meaningful changes based on their individual goals.

If you believe in meeting people where they are, reducing harm, and helping members create meaningful change, Groups is the place for you.
