🏠 What Do We Do?

The shift to electric mobility is happening. Electra is accelerating it.

Transportation is one of Europe's biggest sources of carbon emissions. Since 2021, Electra exists to make charging so simple that electric vehicles become the obvious choice for everyone.

In 5 years, we've built a team of 300+ talents from 21 nationalities in 10 countries.

We’ve grown into one of Europe's leading fast-charging operators by deploying fast, reliable infrastructure and user experiences across our own network, and we’re now expanding to thousands more charging points in Europe with our own eMSP.
Backed by over €1 billion in funding, we’re looking for bold, passionate, collaborative talents to drive Europe’s energy transition.

If that sounds exciting, we’d love to hear from you!

💼 Your Missions

As AI-Native Inbound & Account Manager 🇧🇪, you'll own the full inbound pipeline for new corporate fleet leads and manage a portfolio of specialty accounts — starting with Electra's existing taxi and last-mile delivery fleets, a high-frequency, DC-heavy charging profile distinct from corporate office fleets. You're AI-native by instinct: you automate and sharpen your own workflows (lead triage, scoring, follow-ups) rather than working purely manually, and you feed improvement ideas back to our central Business Ops team, who own company-wide HubSpot process design.

• Own the inbound lead pipeline end-to-end: qualify incoming leads, route out-of-scope requests (e.g. small/self-serve fleets that belong on our self-serve motion) appropriately, and close qualified opportunities yourself.

• Manage and grow Electra's signed taxi and last-mile delivery fleet accounts: onboarding, renewal, and day-to-day relationship management.

• Use AI tools to automate and improve your own inbound triage, lead scoring, and follow-up workflows — don't wait for someone else to build it for you.

• Work within the HubSpot processes, dashboards and outreach templates built by Business Ops, and proactively suggest improvements based on what you see on the front line.

• Track and report on inbound conversion rates and specialty-account health.

• Represent Electra to taxi, last-mile delivery, and other specialty fleet operators at relevant industry touchpoints.

😎 Your Profile

• 2+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, or inbound sales — ideally a mix of relationship management and pipeline ownership.

• Genuinely AI-native: comfortable using AI and automation tools (e.g. workflow builders, AI-assisted drafting, lead scoring) to make your own work faster and better, not just familiar with them.

• Comfortable working within a defined CRM process while actively looking for ways to improve it — process discipline plus a bias for automation.

• Experience with, or genuine interest in, high-frequency B2B fleet segments (taxi, delivery, logistics) is a plus.

• Strong organisational skills to juggle inbound triage with ongoing account management.

• Pragmatic, structured, and comfortable with numbers (usage data, renewal economics).

• Sensitive to energy transition issues and passionate about EV and e-mobility.

• Good level of Dutch, English required, French is a plus.

⚡️ What Electra Offers You
