Position Overview

We're growing our baby portfolio fast and looking for a Marketing Executive who loves making things happen. You'll own key marketing projects from brief to launch: new brands, new products and new markets, bringing them to life through content, influencers, PR, media and retail. If you're organised, hands-on and happiest when a launch lands on time and looks brilliant, this is your seat.

About ZURU

ZURU is a reimagination company. We look for categories that have stood still, then we build next-generation products and brands that set the new standard. ZURU Toys is reimagining play. ZURU Edge is reinventing everyday consumer brands. Rhodes Pet Science is reimagining pet science. ZURU Tech is leading the next building revolution.

ZURU started in 2003 with two brothers from New Zealand, and we're still founder-owned and operated today. Since then we've become the world's second-biggest privately held toy company, and nearly half of all Gen Y and Gen Z households with kids in the US own a ZURU product. Today we're 5,000 people in 34 offices, selling into more than 150 markets, backed by over 100 acres of fully automated manufacturing. And we're only getting started.

Position Impact

Our Baby team builds challenger brands across nappies, wipes and baby care, and moves fast to take on the category leaders. With our portfolio expanding into new international markets and new baby brands launching in 2027, you'll be at the centre of the action, putting our brands in front of parents around the world. You'll work across Sales, Content, Digital Media, Design and Ecommerce, plus our agency and retail partners, getting broad exposure across brands and markets and a clear path to grow your career.

How you'll help us grow

• Lead key launches end to end: new brands, new products and launches into new markets

• Run launch critical paths, rally project teams and partners, and solve problems before they slow us down

• Own our digital shelf: build and maintain retailer product pages and ecommerce content that win online

• Lead creative and content projects from brief to sign-off, adapting assets for each market

• Run influencer, creator and PR programmes: creator selection, briefs, approvals and reporting

• Activate media and retail media with our Digital Media team and retail partners

• Manage project budgets: purchase orders, vendor set-up and tracking spend against plan

• Read the results, run small tests and turn what you learn into better execution

What Helps You Win Here

• 2–3 years in marketing, ideally in FMCG or consumer brands, with real hands-on project delivery

• Experience in at least two of ecommerce or retailer product pages, influencer or sampling programmes, social media or retail media

• A track record of working with agencies or external partners and keeping projects on track

• Organised and reliable: you juggle several projects at once without dropping pace, quality or detail

• An ownership mindset and a curious eye for data: you take a brief, run with it and spot what's working

Who thrives at ZURU

This isn't a 9-to-5. We move fast, think big and set goals most companies would call impossible, then go after them. The people who thrive here are entrepreneurs at heart. They own their work, chase bold ideas and never stop raising the bar.

At ZURU, you drive your career, and we give you the platform to take it as far as you can. There are opportunities here that you won't find anywhere else, and you'll be surrounded by talented people who make things happen. We're a true meritocracy: we reward impact, not tenure.

How we work

Big ideas happen when great people work side by side, so we're office-first by design. Being together means faster collaboration, sharper decisions and stronger teams, and it's where the real learning happens. Some flexibility may be available depending on the role, location and business needs, but most roles are office-based.
