About ASI

ASI's mission-critical technology powers decision-making across aviation, defense, energy, and other critical infrastructure domains. Backed by top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Spark Capital, and Renegade Partners, ASI delivers operational decision superiority—compressing days of analysis into seconds of action. ASI is leading the way and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

What You Will Do

You'll join ASI's new Mission Operations function, serving as an operationally excellent force multiplier for our most important customer-facing programs and internal initiatives. Your job will be to forward deploy across the business and act as the bridge between operational challenges and mission outcomes. You will embed directly with business units to drive execution, remove roadblocks, and anticipate needs to ensure teams remain focused on the most important things.

This isn't traditional project management. You'll thrive in ambiguity, add structure where it helps, cut through bureaucracy rather than reinforce it, and do whatever it takes to get the mission across the finish line. You’ll be expected to:

• Drive the mission: You’re not a credit seeker or turf builder, you’re here to get things done.

• Be the operational Backbone: You’ll partner with leadership across the business to keep execution on track, absorbing the operational load so they can focus on the hardest problems.

• Set operating cadence and prioritization: Run the rhythm that keeps teams aligned. Own standups, agendas, pre-reads, decisions, and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks and every meeting earns its time.

• See the forest and the trees: Anticipate issues and come with solutions. You need to be in the details, but also be able to look up and see what’s coming.

• Measure what matters: Work with deployment and tech leads to define and track the metrics that drive velocity, then use them to make decisions, not just reports.

What We Value

• Exceptional operators who take ownership, solve problems, and drive execution in complex, ambiguous environments.

• Strong project and program management instincts, with the ability to track details, identify risks, and keep teams moving without unnecessary process.

• Customer-facing credibility and the ability to build trust with customers, government stakeholders, and internal teams.

• Technical fluency and the ability to work credibly with engineers and understand technical tradeoffs. An engineering or technical background is a plus.

• Bias for action and sound judgment. When something breaks, you make the first move to fix it.

• Adaptability and composure in high-pressure environments where priorities and information can change quickly.

How We Hire

We look at the interview process not as a screening or test, but rather as an opportunity to simulate what it would look like working together. We build the interview process around you.

ASI works with export-controlled technology and restricted U.S. Government data, including on contracts mandating U.S. immigration status and location restrictions for performing personnel. Employment offers are contingent on ability to timely obtain all required authorizations for contemplated job duties.
