A signal privately tells Informa you're interested. It is not a job application.
Informa Markets, a division within Informa, creates global platforms for industries to trade, innovate and grow. We organise over 450 large-scale branded and transaction-led events in over a dozen specialist markets. These are typically not-to-be-missed live and on-demand B2B events where industries convene and people gather to do business.
We also provide data and digital content, as well as year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads.
This role is based in our Amsterdam, Netherlands Office.
We are looking for a proactive and organised Junior Event Executive to support the planning and delivery of our event portfolio. This role will primarily focus on CPHI Spain, with the opportunity to support other CPHI events and initiatives as required. Working closely with the Event Manager, you will gain hands-on experience across event planning, customer experience, stakeholder engagement, and event operations.

This internship opportunity is available for 5 to 6 months, starting on February 1st, 2027.
As this is a learning internship, candidates must be actively enrolled in a university program throughout the duration of the internship, with a major relevant to the field. Unfortunately, we cannot consider applications from individuals who have already completed their studies for this specific role(Learning internship). However, we encourage you to explore other opportunities at Informa that may better align with your qualifications.
We’re not solely focused on a checklist of skills. We champion energy and ambition and look for colleagues who will roll their sleeves up, join in and help make things happen. If it sounds like a match and you have most – although not all – of the skills and experience listed, we welcome your application. At Informa, you'll find inclusive experiences and environments where all perspectives and backgrounds are welcomed. As part of this approach and our diversity and inclusion commitments, we are also formally an Equal Opportunities Employer. This means we base decisions on relevant qualifications and merit and do not discriminate on the basis of key characteristics and statuses, including all of those protected by law.
