We are looking for a Postdoctoral Fellow to lead research on neuromorphic materials and devices. The role will focus on experimental post-CMOS and novel electronic devices (such as memristors) that behave like neurons. Specifically, the project targets 2D materials, phase transition materials, spintronic, and other nonlinear materials that lead to neuromorphic dynamical behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

• Defining detailed experimental steps.

• Conducting experiments

• Reporting of results in publications

• Presentations at major conferences

Job Requirements:

• PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or related field

• At least 3 years of relevant experiences in a similar role with hands-on experience in experimental device fabrication and/or testing, including experience gained during PhD

• Experience with 2D materials, memristors and optically materials is a plus.

• Familiarity with neuromorphic computing and AI models is a plus.

• Good written and oral communication skills, with papers published in leading conferences or journals

• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
