• Execute advanced real estate financial analysis, including NOI stabilization, DSCR sensitivity, and pro-forma projections.
• Proactively manage portfolio risk by identifying macro early warning signals, portfolio stress testing, restructuring distressed credits, and ensuring strict adherence to enterprise lending policies.
• Build trust and foster collaborative relationships with Sales and Risk teams to optimize risk mitigation, develop competitive structures, and ensure seamless deal execution.
• Demonstrate agility and strong execution by efficiently managing a high volume of credit applications while consistently maintaining top-tier quality.
• Operate autonomously as a self-starter who consistently models excellence and is recognized by peers as a high-performing lender.

• 3 to 5+ years of progressive commercial real estate underwriting experience handling large-exposure and complex construction files.
• Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of real estate valuation, legal structures, and strong financial/cash flow modeling.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex credit risks and influence strategic decisions.
• Proven ability to work independently, demonstrate self-leadership, and manage a high volume of loan files effectively.
