Company Description See how Epsilon powers connected marketing by unlocking the full potential of data and identity. Overview As Senior Director of Product Management for Campaign Operations Automation, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the internal product that enables Campaign Managers, Ad Operations, and Account Managers to plan, launch, manage, and report on campaigns. Reporting to the VP of Campaign Management, you will lead and coach four individual-contributor Product Managers, transforming fragmented tools and manual handoffs into intuitive product experiences that make campaign operations faster, simpler, and more reliable. This role will shape how Epsilon’s operating teams work. You will guide a product that is still being built—from early alpha testing through focused pilots and into sustained adoption, while working directly with operators to understand their needs and simplify workflows before automating them. Your team will combine dependable automation, clear user control, and AI where it adds meaningful value to reduce manual effort, improve execution quality, and create a product operators trust. This highly strategic role requires strong product judgment and a willingness to engage deeply in discovery, design, delivery, and PM development. You will translate long-term direction into practical releases, build trust with users, and demonstrate measurable gains in speed, effort, reliability, and satisfaction. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Product Marketing, shared-service product owners, and the functional leaders responsible for operating teams, service delivery, and policies. Responsibilities Define a clear product strategy and phased roadmap for campaign operations automation, aligned with the Campaign Management pod’s mission to make operations faster, easier, and more cost-effective. Lead discovery with Campaign Managers, Ad Operations, and Account Managers to understand goals, exceptions, handoffs, and workarounds, and simplify the underlying workflow before automating it. Guide the platform from early testing through pilots and broader adoption by defining release criteria, feedback loops, support readiness, and the evidence needed to justify each expansion. Connect planning and forecasting, campaign setup and launch, in-flight changes and optimization, and reporting into coherent operator journeys in partnership with the owners of underlying forecasting, serving, and reporting capabilities. Deliver automation that handles routine work reliably while giving users clear paths for approvals, exceptions, and recovery. Apply AI selectively where its value and behavior can be measured. Establish consistent product telemetry and clear baselines for workflow completion, elapsed time, manual effort, errors, adoption, user satisfaction, and cost per workflow. Partner with Engineering to ensure integration quality, appropriate permissions, reliable audit trails, effective error handling, and verification that campaign changes were applied correctly. Lead and develop four individual-contributor PMs through clear ownership, regular coaching, and a high bar for product quality. Delegate meaningful decisions while maintaining a cohesive strategy and user experience. Partner with Operations and Product Marketing on rollout, training, feedback, and changes to ways of working that help teams adopt the product and realize its benefits. Make roadmap trade-offs explicit, manage dependencies across product teams, and demonstrate progress through reliable releases and measurable improvements in operator outcomes. Qualifications A proven product leader who has built or transformed complex workflow products and can demonstrate how customer insight, strategy, and execution drove adoption and measurable operational improvements. Experience managing and coaching individual-contributor PMs, with evidence of strengthening their judgment, ownership, and product craft. A strong understanding of digital campaign operations across setup, launch, in-flight management, and reporting. Deep experience with comparable enterprise workflows may also be relevant when paired with a demonstrated ability to learn campaign operations quickly. Experience guiding products from early development or pilot use into sustained adoption, including prioritization, release decisions, feedback loops, and iteration. Technical fluency in workflow orchestration, APIs, data dependencies, permissions, and failure handling, with the ability to make informed product decisions in partnership with Engineering. Sound automation judgment, including knowing when to simplify a process, use deterministic automation, introduce AI assistance, or preserve human decision-making. Strong analytical skills and experience defining meaningful product telemetry, measuring efficiency gains, and distinguishing faster workflows from reduced effort and realized cost savings. The ability to earn the trust of internal users and functional leaders, navigate competing priorities, and drive adoption through close partnership and practical change management. Clear written and verbal communication, curiosity about user problems, and the ability to move confidently between long-term product strategy and the practical realities of building products that teams rely on.
