You enjoy turning client problems and data into clear product improvements, and you want to learn how payment infrastructure works at serious volume. Join us to build your product skills on products that power the daily payment experience for millions of consumers.

As a Senior Product Associate on the Payments Value-Added Services Platform team, you will help manage and improve a defined set of in-market products, which include network tokenization, account updater, acquirer tokenization, and consumer profiles. You will partner closely with Product Managers and engineering to turn client needs and data into clear requirements, and to deliver improvements that strengthen onboarding and authorization performance.

You will also contribute to our next-generation payment credential platform by supporting one of its delivery workstreams, including requirements, documentation, and testing coordination.

You will work with Product Managers, engineering, operations, card network partners, relationship managers, and clients. This role combines supporting the products we run today with helping build what comes next.

In your first year, you will take ownership of a defined set of products and deliver improvements, and you will support a platform workstream through delivery.
