Sonilo is a generative audio startup that creates music and sound effects matched to video. Its multimodal Sound World Model ties video comprehension to audio generation and timing: users upload a clip, type a description, or both, and get a synced soundtrack ready for commercial use. It also offers AI dubbing with lip-sync. Sonilo is led by former TikTok AI and music staff: CEO and co-founder Shawn Song, who led multimodal AI technology work at TikTok; CTO Alex Yin; COO Keli Li, who built and ran TikTok's global music operation; and CMO Trista Taylor. In October 2026 it raised $11 million led by B Capital, with Redpoint participating.
