Odyssey builds causal, multimodal world models that understand and simulate the world for robots, AI agents, and human exploration. Founded in 2023 by self-driving veterans Oliver Cameron (CEO) and Jeff Hawke (CTO), the AI lab is based in Palo Alto with teams in London and Zurich. Its models include Odyssey-3, a foundation world model that generates interactive environments in real time and can be adapted to control robots, vehicles and drones, and Agora-2, a multi-agent world model.

It maintains an explicit shared world state so participants' actions affect one another, supporting more complex interactions and longer-horizon behaviors than Agora-1.
