Nace AI Nace.AI is an applied AI company building specialized small models, powered by its proprietary Metamodel technology, that turn enterprise policies and procedures into task-specific models for professional work. It automates audit, accounting and billing with its own applications and offers models and APIs for teams to build their own, claiming precision comparable to large LLMs at one-tenth the cost. In October 2026 it launched NDI 1.0 and Nace Document Intelligence, tools that parse, split, classify, extract and ground values across 36 file types. Founded by CEO Dos Baha and based in Palo Alto, Nace.AI raised a $21.5M seed round led by Walden Catalyst with participation from General Catalyst in May 2026.
