Latitude.sh provides dedicated bare-metal and GPU cloud infrastructure for AI and other demanding workloads. Its platform combines CPU and GPU servers with Kubernetes, virtual machines, networking and storage, provisioned through APIs and automation tools. Co-founded by Guilherme and Eduardo Soubihe, the business grew out of Maxihost and adopted the Latitude.sh name in 2022. Megaport completed its acquisition in November 2025, combining the platform with its global private-network connectivity.
