RAIDEN EdgeCortix’s scalable chiplet AI platform for Physical AI. A single energy-efficient architecture grows from one compute die to the four-die RAIDEN-X4, targeting up to 3.36 PFLOPS of FP4 compute, 256 GB LPDDR5X, 1.54 TB/s die-to-die bandwidth, and 6.4 Tb/s chip-to-chip scale-out. All SKUs share the production MERA software stack. Design wins include Kawasaki Heavy Industries; customer samples expected Q1 2027 and volume in H2 2027. Early Access is open.
