Bowery Farming At Bowery, we’re not afraid of big, delicious plans. We’re helping secure the future of food by growing smart produce that’s more reliable and less harmful—wherever it’s needed. Right outside of cities, we build indoor vertical farms that grow absurdly flavorful food that’s free of pesticides and pollutants, all while using less water and land. Our network of smart farms are powered by our proprietary farm operating system, BoweryOS, creating a simplified, agile food system that’s focused on flavor, freshness, and safety. We’re fighting for a future where nutritious, delicious produce is accessible to everyone. Where high-tech farms do less harm. And where every city has a local smart farm in its backyard. Some might call this a dream. We call it our next step, and we’d like you to join us on that journey.
