Beren Millidge is co-founder and chief scientist at Zyphra, where he leads technical teams. He previously co-founded Apollo Research, led research at Conjecture, and worked as a senior research scientist at VERSES Research Lab. As an Oxford postdoctoral researcher, he studied predictive coding and the connections between machine learning and neuroscience. He earned a PhD in machine learning and computational neuroscience and an MSc in artificial intelligence at Edinburgh, following undergraduate study at Oxford.
