Ameer Haj-Ali is founder and CEO of UniversalAGI, which develops physics AI. Previously, he co-founded Brain Co. and was a founding engineer at Anyscale, where he advanced through engineering and management roles to lead AI cloud infrastructure, platform and generative-AI engineering. His earlier work includes AI research at Intel Labs and chip-design engineering at NVIDIA. He earned a PhD in electrical engineering and computer science at UC Berkeley and bachelor's and master's degrees at Technion.
