Skit.ai is an omnichannel AI platform purpose-built for debt collections. We help creditors and collection agencies automate and scale consumer conversations across the collections lifecycle, from early-stage delinquency to advanced recovery and pre-legal workflows. Powered by generative AI, Skit.ai engages consumers across voice, SMS, email, and chat, enabling outreach in the channels and languages consumers prefer. The platform can handle high-volume, routine collection interactions end to end—payment reminders, right-party verification, promise-to-pay capture, payment processing, dispute intake, and follow-ups, while routing sensitive or complex situations to human agents with full context so consumers don’t have to repeat themselves. Skit.ai is designed to improve recovery outcomes while reducing operational costs and manual effort. Teams get visibility into performance across channels, outcomes, and key operational metrics, enabling faster iteration and better control over consumer experience. Built-in compliance safeguards help support federal and state requirements across channels, including contact policies, consent and opt-outs, and audit-ready records. Trusted by credi
