GFT Ventures is a Palo Alto firm backing seed and Series A startups in AI infrastructure, AI applications and physical AI across the US and Israel, with a $140M debut fund. It was founded by Jay Eum, co-founder of TransLink Capital and founding MD of Samsung Ventures America, and Jeff Herbst, who founded Nvidia's GPU Ventures.
