Blockchain Builders Fund backs Stanford founders building in Web3, AI infrastructure, DeFi, payments and real-world assets, and closed an oversubscribed $28M Fund I in 2025. It was launched in 2017 by Stanford graduates Gil Rosen, Kun Peng and Steven Willinger, who also run the Stanford Blockchain Accelerator.
