Co Ventures is a pre-seed fund for Australian founders building software companies with global intent from day one. It invests at the idea stage in companies with at least one Australian founder, stays out of hardware, biotech and heavily regulated businesses, and shares 5% of its upside with the founders it backs. General Partner Maxine Minter and Partner Alexey Mitko, an early Canva operator and co-founder of Eucalyptus, lead a community of more than 400 founders, venture partners, LPs and operator angels. It has backed 35 companies and 66 founders, including Adora, Cotiss, Build Club, Juno, Phantm and Marloo.
