Healthleap is a clinical AI platform that helps hospitals identify patients at risk of undiagnosed conditions. It plugs into a hospital's electronic health record, analyzes each adult inpatient's record (labs, vitals, weights, medications, diet orders, diagnoses and clinicians' notes) and writes a daily risk score into the care team's existing workflow. It started with malnutrition screening and is expanding to conditions such as delirium, congestive heart failure and pressure ulcers. The software does not diagnose patients; it highlights them for additional review. Founded in 2022 by siblings Josiah Meyer (CEO) and Jemima Meyer.
