Anomaly Fund Anomaly is a national security fund investing ahead of predictable crises. It was founded by Patrick Blumenthal, a nonresident fellow at the Foundation for American Innovation who previously invested at Village Global, and Byrne Hobart, who writes The Diff. Patrick set out the fund's thesis in his essay Age of Anomalies.
