Max Kolysh is a Visiting Partner at Y Combinator and co-founder and General Partner of Alloy Fund, which he runs with Bruno Faviero. He is a two-time YC founder: he co-founded Zinc (W14), an e-commerce API company, and then Dover (S19), a recruiting platform used by more than 1,500 companies including Stripe, Scale AI and Vanta, which he led as CEO. He is also a Senior Venture Partner at Pioneer Fund and studied computer science at MIT.
