Maggie Tang is the founder of Magic Technologies, an AI company building software for real-world hospitality experiences. Its first product, Loyalist, is an agentic customer relationship management platform that helps restaurants personalize guest service. Tang began working in hospitality at 13 and later worked in leading kitchens including Eleven Madison Park before applying that operating experience to restaurant technology.
