Monica Perez leads customer success at Lovable. She was previously Notion's first customer success hire and one of its first 25 employees, building and leading its post-sales function through hypergrowth over more than four years. Before Notion she was Global Head of Customer Success and Support at Signeasy. She co-directs the Customer Success Meetup and is an active startup advisor and angel investor.
