Jackie Xu is the founder and CEO of Xu Talent, an executive search firm helping founders build leadership teams. Previously, she led the talent function at Kleiner Perkins, partnering with founders from Series A through IPO and launching the annual KP People Report. Earlier, she managed engineering recruiting at Twitter, recruited technical talent at Facebook, worked in executive search at Broadreach Group, and began her finance career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. She studied business administration and finance at Carnegie Mellon University.
