About Digitail

Digitail is the AI operating system for modern veterinary clinics.

We help veterinary teams spend less time on administration and more time on patient care by bringing scheduling, client communication, medical records, payments, inventory, and AI-powered workflows into one platform.

Today, clinics often juggle multiple disconnected systems to run their business. Digitail replaces that complexity with a single operating system designed alongside veterinary teams and continuously improved through AI.

Our mission is simple: help veterinary professionals deliver better care while building healthier, more efficient practices.

Application Instructions

Along with your resume, please include a brief note (150 words or less) answering the following question:

What is one workflow in a veterinary clinic that you believe software still handles poorly today, and how would you improve it?

We’re less interested in being “right” and more interested in how you think about problems, workflows, and customer outcomes.
