YOUR IMPACT

As Senior Employee & Works Council Relations Partner, you will play a key role in shaping labour relations strategy across Germany while contributing to broader European initiatives. Working closely with works councils, unions, HR, Legal and business leaders, you will lead collective negotiations, support organisational transformation and restructuring projects, and help navigate complex employee relations matters. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to influence strategic business decisions and drive constructive social dialogue in a dynamic international environment.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

• Lead relationships with works councils, unions, and employee representatives.
• Drive collective agreement negotiations and implementation.
• Partner closely with HR, Legal, and business stakeholders.
• Lead restructuring and M&A consultation activities.
• Contribute to European-level projects and initiatives.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Master’s degree in Employment Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in HR
• 5+ years of experience in Labour Relations or Labour Law
• Experience in unionized and complex environments highly valued
• Ability to operate in transformation and fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in HR tools and standard office software
• Professional English and German language skills required
