About Alchemi
It takes more than a decade and over $2 billion to bring a new drug to market. Alchemi builds AI that helps drug development teams move faster, and we already work with some of the largest pharma companies and CROs in the world.
The role
We're hiring Scientific Product Specialists to be the scientists in the room. You'll work hands-on with customer teams to understand exactly how a study gets run and reported today, configure Alchemi to fit it, and hold what we deliver to the highest scientific and regulatory standard.
You'll sit between customers, our engineers and our product team. When something in the output isn't right, you're the one who spots it, explains why, and makes sure it gets fixed properly. What you see in the field will shape what we build next.
What you'll do
Lead the scientific side of customer deployments, from kickoff to go-live.
Map customer workflows and configure Alchemi to match.
Review output for scientific and regulatory accuracy, and turn what you find into clear feedback for engineering.
Train customer scientists and become their trusted contact at Alchemi.
Bring patterns from across customers back into the product roadmap.
What we're looking for
An advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a relevant science, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Working knowledge of GxP.
Comfort in front of customers and willingness to travel.
Excitement about AI changing how scientific work gets done, and the rigor to hold it to a high standard.
Nice to have
Direct experience in bioanalysis, toxicology, CMC or regulatory submissions.
Experience at a startup or in a customer-facing scientific role.
Why join
Our goal is to cut years off clinical development timelines. Alchemi already supports more than 3,500 studies a year for the top development teams in pharma. We're a small team of experts. We keep talent density high and work closely across every part of the product, from first idea to deployment.
Impact: Your work goes straight into the regulated workflows that decide how fast drugs reach patients.
Excellence: Work alongside a highly skilled team in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Ownership: Help shape product direction, how we work and what we build next.
What we offer
Salary and equity: Competitive salary and meaningful equity, with options weighted toward ownership if that's what you want.
Health: Best-in-class health and dental insurance.
Time off: 4 weeks of paid vacation plus public holidays, paid sick leave and parental leave.
Location: US remote, with travel to customer sites.
Equipment: A MacBook, external monitor and accessories.
Growth: Room to learn and develop in a cutting-edge field.
