IDO Delivery Manager

Deloitte’s Industrial Data Operations (IDO) practice helps clients turn plant-floor data into a trusted, reusable enterprise asset that powers operational excellence, connected enterprises, and digital transformation. We bring together people, processes, and technology to connect industrial assets and systems, contextualize data across IT and OT environments, govern data quality and access, and deliver reliable information for analytics and decision-making. Our work enables capabilities such as production performance, factory synchronization, predictive maintenance, supply chain visibility, digital twins, and AI-enabled manufacturing applications—creating the scalable data foundation organizations need to move beyond brittle point-to-point solutions and realize value from their digital investments.
