About the Role

We are looking for a collaborative, high-performing Sales & Trade Marketing Specialist EMEA to support sales and marketing activity across a portfolio of markets within the EMEA region. Reporting to the Sales Manager EMEA, you will be the go-to person for distributors, retail partners, and localized marketing execution across our EMEA Markets, of which we don't yet have a direct presence.

While this role has clear milestones, we want a self-driven problem-solver who is excited to support new projects as our business evolves. Your main playground will be distributor relationships, localized marketing campaigns, retail activations and high-impact events.

Your playground

• Be the go-to person for distributors across your assigned EMEA markets. Monitor sell-through performance, manage reorder cycles, demand forecasting, and ensure product availability.

• Own distributor communication, serving as the primary point of contact to selected business partners. Communicate delivery timelines, product availability, and new product launches while maintaining strong business relationships.

• Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns, community events, and retail activations, tailored to each market's unique culture and consumer behavior.

• Represent COROS at trade shows, expos, and community events across your markets. Plan booth setup, product demonstrations, and partner engagement activities.

• Conduct ongoing research on competitor activity and consumer trends. Provide actionable insights to shape regional strategy and product allocation.

• Oversee retail display standards, POS material deployment, and merchandising consistency across partner stores in the region.

• Track KPIs, including activations, sell-through rates, campaign ROI, and distributor performance, to measure business health and identify growth opportunities.
