Position Overview

Populus: A New Species of Hospitality

Populus is more than a hotel. It is a destination built with purpose. Inspired by Colorado's iconic Aspen tree and recognized as the nation's first carbon-positive hotel, Populus brings together innovative design, exceptional food and beverage, sustainability, and community to create a hospitality experience unlike any other.

At Pasque, our main-floor restaurant, food, beverage, and hospitality come together to create meaningful experiences for hotel guests and the local community. We are looking for a General Manager who leads with intention, develops people, and takes pride in creating an exceptional dining experience.

Every Moment Matters

At Populus, every interaction is an opportunity to make someone feel welcome, cared for, and connected. Our team members bring this philosophy to life through thoughtful service, genuine hospitality, and attention to the details that make an experience memorable.

A Rare Opportunity

At Crescent Hotels & Resorts, we believe exceptional hotels begin with exceptional people.

As General Manager of Pasque, you will lead the restaurant's daily operations, develop and inspire the team, and oversee the financial and operational performance of the outlet. This is an opportunity for a hands-on restaurant leader who understands how to balance guest experience, team culture, and business results.
