We’re looking for a Logistics whiz to lead the day-to-day execution of Rappi Turbo’s logistics operations, ensuring that the distribution center, middle mile, last mile, and 3PLs operate with a high level of service, speed, and control.

Rappi is growing fast and needs exceptional talent. We are looking for a Turbo Supply Chain Lead who transforms complex challenges into impact opportunities for millions of users in LatAm.

Your challenges

• Supervise the daily operation of the distribution center: receiving, storage, picking, packing, inventory, and dispatch.
• Ensure the daily operating plan is executed on time, with the right resources, and without impacting service levels.
• Coordinate middle-mile operations from the DC to dark stores, stores, hubs, or delivery points.
• Monitor last-mile operations, ensuring capacity availability, on-time performance, and issue resolution.
• Manage and monitor 3PLs and logistics providers daily, ensuring compliance with SLAs, punctuality, quality, and costs.
• Monitor key KPIs: OTIF, productivity, fill rate, dispatch times, on-time deliveries, rejections, shrinkage, inventory discrepancies, and route compliance.
• Resolve operational issues in real time: delays, shortages, loading errors, unavailable units, provider-related issues, or service failures.
• Ensure operational discipline on the floor: processes, checklists, schedules, safety, organization, cleanliness, and good storage practices.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports with results, key deviations, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve routes, layout, processes, productivity, costs, and operational control.
• Coordinate internal teams, operators, carriers, and external providers to ensure operations are executed with speed and accountability.

You will be a great fit

• Experience: 8+ years in similar roles
• Education: Completed university degree; postgraduate studies preferred
• English: Intermediate-advanced
• Previous experience in retail, tech startups, e-commerce, or marketplaces
• Experience with agile squads and remote-first environments
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities.
• Leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills.
