• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience / IDF elite technology unit alumni.
• Proven track record of building, hiring, and retaining strong engineering talent.
• Demonstrated capability in driving agile execution, managing timelines, and handling complex technical dependencies.
• Deep commitment to engineering quality, system reliability, security-by-design, and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with fluent written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading teams focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM), Directory Services, SSO, or Zero Trust cybersecurity platforms.
• Hands on familiarity with AWS cloud services, Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK or Terraform), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience managing engineering teams operating under strict security, compliance, and multi-region SaaS requirements.
