About Cinnamon

Cinnamon is the most ambitious independent Roblox studio in the world.

Our games have generated billions of visits. LifeTogether (3.7+ billion). Block Spin (1.1+ billion). Bayview (600+ million). Built from scratch, owned outright, growing every single day. No investors. No shortcuts. Just great games.

We're always looking for exceptional Roblox artists who could be a strong fit for Cinnamon, either now or as future projects and priorities develop.

This is an ongoing talent pipeline rather than an urgent vacancy. We are not hiring to fill an immediate gap, but if we find someone genuinely exceptional and there is a strong fit, we are always open to moving quickly.

The Role

You'll create maps and environments played by millions. You'll work directly with programmers, designers and founders. On a small team, your work doesn't disappear into a pipeline. It ships. Players see it. It matters.

This pipeline is specifically for someone experienced in building environments directly for Roblox.

What You'll Do

• Create high-quality Roblox maps, environments, props and assets

• Build and implement environments directly in Roblox Studio

• Contribute to world-building and visual identity

• Work closely with programmers, designers and other artists

• Optimise environments for large-scale live games

• Take ownership of content from concept through implementation

• Contribute ideas that improve the player experience

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience building maps and environments for Roblox

• Strong Roblox Studio experience

• Experience with Blender, Maya or equivalent software

• Strong understanding of modelling, optimisation and production workflows

• Excellent artistic eye for shape, composition, proportion and colour

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• Strong communication skills

Experience working on successful live Roblox games is highly desirable.

Artistic Judgement Matters

Technical skill is important.

Artistic judgement is what separates good artists from great ones.

Many artists can model a building. Far fewer can create an environment that instantly feels right for the game it's built for.

We're looking for artists who understand that memorable game art comes from strong creative decisions, not simply more polygons, more detail or more time spent modelling.

Shape language, silhouette, readability, personality and taste matter.

In many cases, creating the right environment requires less clicking and more thinking.

Location and Working Arrangement

We are open to:

• Permanent employees who are already based in the UK and have the right to work here

• Remote contractors based anywhere in the world

We do not provide visa sponsorship.

If applying as a contractor, please state your hourly or daily rate, location, time zone and availability in your application.

Why Join Cinnamon?

Most developers spend years working on a game before players ever see the results.

At Cinnamon, you'll see the impact of your work in months.

We move significantly faster than traditional AAA development, but that doesn't mean we compromise on quality. We believe Roblox deserves the same ambition, creativity and craftsmanship as any major gaming platform, and we hold ourselves to that standard every day.

We've never relied on investors to build Cinnamon. The studio is funded by the success of the games we've already created. Our products have generated billions of visits and reached millions of players worldwide, allowing us to grow through the success of our own games rather than external funding.

Our goal is simple: build some of the best games on Roblox.

We're highly selective about who we work with because every individual directly influences the quality of what we create. If you're excited by the idea of building games at an elite standard, reaching millions of players and seeing the results of your work far sooner than traditional game development allows, we'd love to hear from you.

What You Get

• Remote working

• Flexible working

• Company pension for UK permanent employees

• Direct influence on products and studio direction

• Creative ownership and responsibility

• Opportunity to help create the next Roblox hit
