As Xscape Photonics scales its photonic technology from innovation to volume production, we are looking for a IT Support Administrator to help maintain our IT infrastructure, endpoint environment, and engineering operations. In this role, you will provide end-to-end support ranging from Tier 1–3 user troubleshooting and Infrastructure and Systems Management.

This position will require candidate in the office 5 days a week on a part-time basis

This is a contractor role.

IT Support Administrator

User & Endpoint Support

• Provide Tier 1–3 IT support for employees across engineering, operations, and administrative teams
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, user accounts, and access controls
• Support laptops, workstations, and lab-connected systems
• Administer Active Directory, Okta, and Google Workspace
• Manage endpoint protection, EDR, and backup services using Acronis Cyber Protect

Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot on-premises servers
• Administer Windows, Linux, and macOS environments
• Manage virtualization platforms, including Hyper-V and Proxmox
• Maintain network infrastructure, including VPNs, Wi-Fi, SonicWall firewalls, and Ubiquiti networking equipment
• Administer and maintain TrueNAS storage systems
