Eightfold is a global leader in an AI-native enterprise talent platform, trusted by the world’s largest & most respected Fortune 500 organizations. Our platform is built from the ground up, operating at scale across Azure and AWS, deployed in multiple regions globally, including IL4-compliant environments for the US Government, supporting users in 100+ countries and 30+ languages. Today, Eightfold is at the forefront of agentic AI, delivering intelligent agents that actively drive outcomes across hiring and talent workflows, while much of the industry is still experimenting with prototypes. Backed by over $410M in funding and valued at $2B+, we are defining the next era of agentic talent systems.

What sets Eightfold apart is not just the technology & our mission, but the team behind it. We are a deeply technical, execution-driven organization that values ownership, collaboration, and high standards. Our engineers, product leaders, and go-to-market teams work closely together — in person and across functions — to build systems that scale in the real world. If you’re excited to work on hard problems, move with urgency, raise the bar every day, and help build agentic systems that transform how the world works, Eightfold is the place to do it.

About the Product:

The rules of building software have changed. What used to take a large team many months can now be built by a small, focused team in a fraction of the time. AI has collapsed the cost and time of software creation by an order of magnitude — and this shift is not coming, it is here.

Eightfold has an opportunity to help every customer reimagine their talent tech stack. We have deep domain expertise, world-class data infrastructure, and new internal capabilities that turn product vision into working software in days, not quarters.

This means we can do something no one else in our space can: move at a pace and breadth that hasn’t been possible before.

We’re extending the platform into new areas and giving them far more control over how they build on top of it. Workflows become customizable. APIs become headless. Customers can shape the product around their organization, wire it into their own systems and agents, and treat the platform as a foundation rather than a fixed box.

• As a Product Manager at Eightfold.ai, you'll own features within Talent Forge, the product customers use to create and deploy applications and agents on top of the Eightfold platform, taking them from customer problem to shipped product.

• You'll work closely with engineering, design, and AI/ML teams to define how applications are built, tested, and monitored, and ship fast.

• You’ll collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify market opportunities, define priorities, and shape differentiated products that strengthen Eightfold’s position in the talent intelligence space being at the forefront of building AI-driven products that transform how organizations attract, engage, and retain talent.

• You’ll work deeply with customers and market insights to shape differentiated products powered by Eightfold’s world-class AI models—leveraging deep learning, matching intelligence, and talent insights to solve real customer challenges.

What You'll Bring

• A track record of shipping features end to end and owning the outcomes.

• A working understanding of LLMs and AI agents; Hands-on experience building with AI. That could be a shipped AI feature, side projects with agent frameworks or no-code agent tools

• Comfort with technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, and data models, so you can go deep with engineers

• Nice to have: experience with developer platforms, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code builders. Interest in HR tech is a plus.
