About WiredScore

Founded in 2013, WiredScore is the leading certification body for digital connectivity and smart building performance. We work with over 1,000 of the world's leading real estate owners and developers, certifying more than 1 billion square feet across 45 countries.

In 2026, WiredScore joined forces with Meter, a leading provider of enterprise internet infrastructure, bringing together two businesses with a shared ambition: to make great connectivity standard across commercial buildings.
Connectivity is now as essential to buildings as power or water, yet delivering it has historically been fragmented, complex and inconsistent.

WiredScore helps landlords assess, improve, benchmark and promote their buildings through two globally recognised certifications:

• WiredScore: The leading certification for digital connectivity in buildings.
• SmartScore: The smart building certification, helping landlords understand, improve and communicate their buildings' technological capabilities.

Meter builds and operates integrated networking infrastructure across internet, wired, Wi-Fi and cellular, combining hardware, software, deployment and ongoing operations into a single solution.

Together, WiredScore and Meter are defining the next era of connectivity in commercial real estate, helping landlords deliver better-connected buildings and better experiences for the businesses and people who occupy them.

We're hiring a Client Success Manager to join our North American team and take ownership of a strategic portfolio of commercial real estate clients. This is a commercially focused, relationship-led role, sitting at the intersection of client success, revenue retention and account growth.

As WiredScore and Meter expand their presence across North America, you'll play an important role in helping existing clients understand the value of better connectivity, from certification and building performance to the infrastructure that powers their properties.

What you'll be responsible for

Client Retention & Revenue Growth

• Own renewal outcomes across your client portfolio, driving strong retention through proactive engagement, strategic account management and clear articulation of value.
• Identify and develop upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities across WiredScore's certifications and Meter's connectivity infrastructure solutions.
• Partner closely with Business Development and Meter teams to qualify and progress opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Build strategic account plans that support long-term retention, revenue growth and deeper client partnerships.

Strategic Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong, multi-threaded relationships with commercial real estate owners, developers, asset managers and other key stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand how digital connectivity, smart building technology and network infrastructure can support their commercial, leasing and tenant-experience objectives.
• Lead renewal conversations, strategic business reviews and executive-level presentations, tailoring your approach to different stakeholders and commercial priorities.
• Proactively identify client risks, resolve challenges and ensure clients continue to realise measurable value from their relationship with WiredScore.

Connectivity & Meter Opportunity Development

• Build an understanding of Meter's offering and how integrated networking infrastructure can address connectivity challenges within commercial buildings.
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts where Meter's solutions could deliver additional value to landlords and tenants.
• Engage clients in discovery-led conversations to understand their connectivity challenges, building infrastructure and future requirements.
• Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to connect client needs with the appropriate solutions and support the progression of qualified opportunities.

Client Advocacy & Collaboration

• Translate technical concepts and product capabilities into compelling, commercially relevant narratives for real estate stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Operations and other internal teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.
• Maintain accurate account information, renewal forecasts and commercial opportunities within Salesforce.
• Share market intelligence, client feedback and emerging opportunities to support the continued growth of WiredScore and Meter.

Who you are

• An effective communicator: You can simplify complex concepts, confidently present to senior stakeholders and articulate a compelling commercial value proposition.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented: You take ownership, anticipate client needs and seek opportunities rather than waiting for them to emerge.
• Organised and strategic: You can manage multiple accounts, prioritise commercial opportunities and balance immediate renewal objectives with longer-term account development.
