• Develop AI-driven methods and processes in an Agile environment for automated code review, vulnerability scanning, test generation, and deployment automation

• Act as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) on AI capabilities, providing technical guidance, support, and enablement to internal and external engineers and testers on the squad

• Ensure all AI implementations strictly adhere to product quality, data security, privacy, and operability standards required in the biopharmaceutical industry

• Monitor, measure, and report on the impact and efficiency gains of AI tools within the delivery squads

• Maintain a strong, forward-looking understanding of emerging AI technologies, LLMs, and MLOps practices

• Continuously assess and refine the AI pipeline, evaluating new tools and market trends to ensure the organization remains on the cutting edge of IT delivery capabilities

• Assist the Delivery Lead in technical strategy planning, evaluating vendor technologies, and producing technical design artifacts
