Our team shared’s mission is deploy AI agents to transform how patients and doctors connect

We believe healthcare shouldn’t be defined by missed calls, endless waiting lines, and overwhelmed staff. Patients and professionals deserve better.

Vocca builds AI voice agents that answer every call instantly, schedule and reschedule appointments, and free up staff to focus on what matters most: care.

Already trusted by 15 000+ providers, we’re transforming the patient–provider relationship, one call at a time.

Context

Vocca builds AI voice agents for medical practices: they answer patient calls, book and reschedule appointments, and free up time for care teams. 250 healthcare organizations use Vocca today, and we are a team of 50+ across Paris and New York.

In France we sell to imaging centers, to networks and health centers, and to independent practices. We have tested many acquisition channels without measuring them properly, so we can't say which one works best or for which type of practice. Our website is made to be read: a visitor can't try the product, estimate a return on investment or compare us with the alternatives. In the US, paid acquisition starts from zero.

The target is set: 100 MQLs in Q4 2026, then +30% every quarter. We are hiring the person who will own that number. You report to Pierre, Head of Marketing.

Your mission

Build Vocca's inbound lead engine. You own paid acquisition and website conversion, in France first and then in the US, and you are accountable for the quarterly MQL target: 100 in Q4 2026 and about 285 per quarter by the end of 2027.

Expected outcomes

After 1 months:

• Tracking and attribution work: every lead has a source and a cost, and can be followed in the CRM up to the signed deal

• Google Ads and Meta accounts audited and rebuilt, with campaigns live for each segment

• A first ranking of channels by cost per MQL, and budget moved accordingly

• The first conversion pages live on the website

After 3 months:

• The quarterly MQL target is met and on the +30% trajectory

• Cost per MQL and MQL-to-opportunity rate known for each channel and segment

• ROI calculator, comparison pages and a way to try the product live on the website

• Email and SMS nurturing running on leads who are not ready to buy yet

• A tested approach to practitioner communities, starting with dentists' Facebook groups

After 9 months:

• About 285 MQLs per quarter, close to three times the Q4 2026 level

• Paid acquisition live in the US, with a first read on cost per lead

• A channel mix the sales team trusts, with lead quality reviewed with them on a regular basis

What you will own

Paid acquisition (the core of the job)

• Run the Google Ads and Meta campaigns yourself, and test other paid channels when the numbers justify it

• Own the budget: split it by segment and channel, and cut what doesn't convert

• Write and test ads and landing pages without waiting for a brief

• Open paid acquisition in the US

Website and conversion

• Turn the website into something visitors can act on: ROI calculator, comparison pages, product trial, lead magnets

• Build and test landing pages for each segment and specialty

• Work with our web agency, which runs SEO and GEO, so that paid and organic use the same keywords and pages

Nurturing and communities

• Run email and SMS campaigns to leads and prospects. RevOps owns the tools and the CRM sync, you own the messages and the calendar

• Join the communities where practitioners talk to each other and turn them into a source of leads

• Try new channels as they appear and drop them quickly when they don't pay

Measurement

• Report cost per MQL, conversion to opportunity and revenue for each channel

• Agree with sales on what a qualified lead is, and review lead quality with them

• Tell the team every month where the next euro should go

This role is for you if

Must have:

• 4 to 7 years in growth or performance marketing with paid acquisition as your strongest skill. You have run Google Ads and Meta accounts yourself, on real budgets, and you can show the results

• You are a generalist out of curiosity. Beyond ads, you have built landing pages, set up tracking and written email sequences, and you prefer learning a tool to briefing someone else on it

• Fluent French and professional English.

What we will assess:

• Numbers: you think in cost per lead, conversion rate and payback, and you can explain a campaign you stopped and why

• Doing it yourself: you build the campaign, the page and the automation, with AI and no-code tools when they save time

• Curiosity: you test channels nobody asked you to test

• Ownership: you have one number, and you say so early when it is off track

• Closeness to sales: you care about what happens to a lead after the form is filled in

• B2B lead generation for a SaaS product, experience marketing to healthcare professionals or small businesses

• Nice to have: paid campaigns on the US market.

This role is NOT for you if

• You want to specialize in one channel and stay on it

• You manage agencies and freelancers and no longer operate the accounts yourself

• You are looking for a brand or content role

Compensation and benefits

• 60-75K package

• Equity (BSPCE)

• Executive contract (cadre) on a forfait-jours basis, with 8 to 12 RTT days per year

• Hybrid: 3 days per week at our Paris office

• MacBook provided

• Meal vouchers: €9 per working day (55% covered by the company)

• Health insurance: 50% of Alan covered; public transport: 50% of Navigo covered; EGYM Wellpass

• Annual offsite and team events throughout the year

1. Video call with our Head of Talent Acquisition (30 min)

2. Video interview with Pierre, Head of Marketing (45 min)

3. On site Technical interview: a paid acquisition case, with Pierre

4. Interview with Eliott, CEO or Maxime Chief of Staff

5. Reference checks

6. Offer

We aim to keep the process within 30 days. You’ll receive continuous feedback throughout.

Why should you join Vocca?

• A product already live, with delighted customers in a fast-growing market (healthcare automation, voice AI)

• A true scaling phase, with everything still to build

• Real responsibilities from day one
