This is a high-autonomy role with end-to-end ownership of enterprise demand strategy, execution, and performance.
Responsibilities
Own Deel’s enterprise ABM strategy across 1:1, 1:Few and 1:Many, as the primary driver of enterprise pipeline.
Define and maintain the target account list and tiering model with Sales and RevOps, using intent and engagement data to prioritize.
Orchestrate account-level campaigns across paid, sales outreach, gifting and content, partnering with Growth on enterprise-tailored paid.
Own flagship enterprise customer programs: Customer Advisory Boards, single-account dinners and executive gifting, each tied to a pipeline trigger and sales follow-up

Maintain and improve the ENT playbook with Product Marketing, and build reusable systems (templates, dashboards, AI-enabled workflows).
Own enterprise marketing across all regions, hands-on in North America, working with regional marketers in EMEA, APAC and LATAM. Build enterprise-readiness proof (integrations, multi-country case studies) and direct it to the regions where it performs.
Partner with Product Marketing on enterprise launches, shaping timing and communication so enterprise customers and prospects get appropriate notice.
Own the budget end-to-end and report on direct and influenced SQOs, pipeline ARR and MRR across new logo and cross-sell, planning for a 9–12 month cycle.
Drive sales adoption of ABM: run monthly ENT performance readouts, co-sell with AEs and SDRs, and ensure reps act on account signals quickly
