What you’ll do

Reddit Community & Growth

• Identify and engage with relevant subreddits in AI, filmmaking, and creative technology.
• Build Flick's presence through authentic conversations and valuable contributions.
• Drive organic traffic, signups, and user acquisition from Reddit.

Content & Distribution

• Create engaging, Reddit-native posts and discussions.
• Repurpose Flick's tutorials, filmmaking workflows, and creator content for Reddit.
• Experiment with content strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

Growth & Insights

• Track traffic, signups, and conversions to measure impact.
• Monitor trends, competitor discussions, and user feedback to identify growth opportunities.

What we’re looking for

• An active Reddit user with a strong understanding of subreddit culture, community dynamics, and what makes content resonate.
• Experience growing Reddit accounts, communities, or driving organic traffic through Reddit.
• Creative, resourceful, and comfortable experimenting with unconventional growth strategies.
• Data-driven mindset with an interest in measuring engagement, traffic, and conversions.
• Familiarity with AI tools, filmmaking, content creation, or creative technology is a plus.
• Please share examples of Reddit posts, accounts, or communities you've grown, along with any measurable results.
